Participation in completing the survey is voluntary. By completing the survey, your organisation becomes a stakeholder in the process of improving the GOVSATCOM services system.

The survey was prepared based on the knowledge, outcomes and experiences from previous projects with similar topics, as well as the SAT2Rescue project objectives and the current status of the GOVSATCOM program. The survey aims to assess the requirements for satellite communication services among governmental and non-governmental institutions.

Specifically, it seeks to understand how satellite communication can enhance:

  1. Rapid response to natural and man-made crises

  2. Optimization of emergency and rescue operations

  3. Telemedicine services within humanitarian aid efforts

To support these objectives, the satellite mobile terminal will be developed as part of the physical infrastructure to facilitate the use of GOVSATCOM services.
